By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these policies.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"container\">\r\n<div class=\"project-detail-1-info\">\r\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds:<\/h1>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row project-row\" data-scrollax-parent=\"true\">\r\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-12  col-sm-12 \">\r\n<div class=\"mt-30 text-content\">\r\n<p>All Deposits are 100% refundable at the end of your lease period.<br \/>Regular wear and tear are on us \u2013 we don\u2019t withhold deposits for these issues.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"container\">\r\n<div class=\"project-detail-1-info\">\r\n<h1>Exceptions to the Refund Policy:<\/h1>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row project-row\" data-scrollax-parent=\"true\">\r\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-12  col-sm-12 \">\r\n<div class=\"mt-30 text-content\">\r\n<p>\u2022 Termination of the lease agreement by you during the lock-in period.<br \/>\u2022 Any pending amounts payable to the center for the period in which space was used by you.<br \/>\u2022 Severe damage and destruction of the property directly attributable to your actions.<br \/>Any other items covered under the User Agreement that will be entered into between you and Cove.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p>The quantum of refund in situations of the above exceptional cases will depend on Cove\u2019s discretion and upon the terms of the User Agreement that will be entered into between you and Cove.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"container\">\r\n<div class=\"project-detail-1-info\">\r\n<h1>Cancellations:<\/h1>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row project-row\" data-scrollax-parent=\"true\">\r\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-12  col-sm-12 \">\r\n<div class=\"mt-30 text-content\">\r\n<p>Cancellation of your User Agreement will be governed by the terms of the User Agreement that will be signed between you and Cove.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"container\">\r\n<div class=\"project-detail-1-info\">\r\n<h1>Processing Time:<\/h1>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row project-row\" data-scrollax-parent=\"true\">\r\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-12  col-sm-12 \">\r\n<div class=\"mt-30 text-content\">\r\n<p>Deposits are refunded within 7 working days of the termination or end of your lease period, subject to bank holidays subject to any terms of the User Agreement that will be entered into between you and Cove.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"container\">\r\n<div class=\"project-detail-1-info\">\r\n<h1>Changes to this Policy:<\/h1>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"row project-row\" data-scrollax-parent=\"true\">\r\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-md-12  col-sm-12 \">\r\n<div class=\"mt-30 text-content\">\r\n<p>We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without notice.
