1. General Policy:
    Due to the nature of recycled and handcrafted products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged in transit or there is a genuine defect.
  2. Eligible Returns:
    You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:

    • The product was damaged or broken during transit
    • You received a wrong item (not as per your confirmed order)
    • The product has a manufacturing defect

    To be eligible:

    • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
    • An unboxing video and clear photos must be provided as proof
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

    Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

    • A replacement will be shipped (where possible), or
    • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days/
